A special holiday flat awaits you. Situated directly in the centre of Bad Reichenhall, in the low-traffic section of Bahnhofstraße at Ortenaupark (adjoining the royal spa gardens), you will find your approx. 52 sqm holiday home here. It is located on the 1st floor of a small house and belongs to a larger villa. There is a parking space in front of the house. Via an outside staircase you reach the entrance area with wardrobe. A newly renovated bathroom with shower, a very spacious bedroom with double bed and fold-away side bed and a balcony facing southwest provide space for restful sleep and relaxation. The bright living room, also newly renovated in January, with modern fitted kitchen and dishwasher, fridge-freezer etc. has another balcony, in the opposite direction, i.e. south-east towards the park. A practical dining area and a comfortable couch invite you to linger. The couch can also be converted into a 1.40 m wide bed if required. The flat is ideal for 1-3 persons, a cot for very small guests is also available.
